A MAN has been charged with murder following the death of a 52-year-old in Ellesmere Port.
Police were called to an incident at a home on Seymour Drive at around 12.30am on Thursday, June 14 after reports of an incident.
Once on scene, paramedics discovered Graham Renshaw with serious injuries.
He was taken to the Countess of Chester hospital but sadly died a short time later.
Daniel Renshaw, 27, of Drake Road, Neston, has been remanded in custody and was due to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Saturday 16 June.
