POLICE have released CCTV images following an armed robbery at a Moreton post office.
At around 6.35pm on Monday, May 21 two men entered the Chapelhill Road post office and threatened staff with a hammer and knife.
The two men, who were wearing dark clothing and had their faces covered, ran off with cash.
Nobody was injured during the incident but staff were left badly shaken.
It is believed the men left in a green BMW car which was driven by a third man.
The car was spotted turning left onto Hoylake Road towards Moreton Cross.
Officers have now released CCTV of two men they would like to speak to for their investigation.
