Charlotte Carroll passed away in the early hours of Sunday
A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following a road traffic collision from which a woman died.
The 38-year-old man from Bidston has been released under investigation as enquiries continue into the incident, which took place in Conway Street, Birkenhead just before midnight on Saturday.
The injured pedestrian, Charlotte Carroll, 19, from West Kirby, died later in hospital.
