A NUMBER of Wirral residents have reported feeling an 'earthquake' this afternoon.
Readers have told us they felt their homes shake.
According to the Last Quake website, a quake rating 4.4 struck south Wales at 2.30pm this afternoon, Saturday.
But tremors have been reported across the north west.
Just in: Event epicentre approx 20km NNE of Swansea, with 4.4 magnitude at a depth of 7.4km. Events of this magnitude only happen in the UK every 2-3 years.

The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre have had 4,000 reports so far and estimate it affected 10million people.
