A MAN has been charged with making threats to kill following an incident in Oxton.
Michael Burns, 39, from Princess Terrace in Oxton has been kept in custody to appear at Wirral Magistrates Court today (Tuesday).
Merseyside Police were called to Princess Terrace in Oxton Village at around 2.10pm yesterday (Monday) after reports of a man acting aggressively.
Officers arrested Burns at the scene and took him in for questioning.
