AN inseparable pair of dogs are looking for their forever family.

13-year-old Magic and seven-year-old Buddy have formed a very close bond after spending seven years together.

The boys are both housetrained and can get on with other dogs.

Dogs Trust Merseyside are now looking for someone to take the boys as a pair.

A spokesman said: "Magic, Pointer, is a handsome older boy who arrived at the centre with his pal, Buddy, the Lurcher.

"He can be initially shy but it doesn't last for long and he is generally happy to say hello to everyone.

"He is a little more independent than his pal and is content to go off and mooch about by himself, sniffing every corner of the centre with great care.

"Buddy is a sweet lad who arrived at the centre with his pal, Magic, after a change in the family circumstances.

"He's a quiet boy at times but he loves to play off lead, though it seems he needs to be taught how to play with toys.

"Buddy has a habit of smiling when he sees people he likes, and it's utterly adorable.

"They are housetrained and get along well with other dogs, and can live with children aged about 10 years.

"Buddy loves having human company too, and is hoping for someone who won’t leave them alone for too long."
