A Kestrel had a lucky escape on the M53 yesterday.
Two North West Ambulance Service paramedics were shocked to discover that a kestrel had got stuck in the grill of their ambulance while travelling on the motorway on Thursday.
Thankfully, the RSPCA were on hand to rescue the kestrel who was recovered safe and sound.
