Arthur Platt, missing since Saturday morning.
POLICE have confirmed a missing 83-year-old man from the Noctorum area has been found safe and well.
Arthur Platt, who was last seen leaving his home address in Noctorum at 8.50am on Saturday, December 9.
Officers had appealed for help in tracing the whereabouts of Arthur.
A spokeswoman said: "Merseyside Police can confirm that Arthur Platt has been found safe and well.
"Thanks to the media and the public for their assistance in publicising this appeal."
