A homeowner was treated by paramedics after a fire broke out at a home in Little Neston.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service were called at around 5.42pm to Talbot Avenue on Friday to reports of a small fire in the kitchen area of the property.
Two fire engines attended from Powey Lane and Ellesmere Port.
On arrival, firefighters discovered a pan fire which had caused slight damage to the home.
North West Ambulance service were requested after the homeowner suffered from smoke inhalation.
