POLICE are appealing for information after a suspected arson attack on two cars in Wallasey.
Emergency services were called to Borough Road East at around 4.24am today (Friday) to reports of Rova Streetwise and Jeep Cherokee well alight on a driveway of a property.
There was no damage to surrounding properties.
Two fire engines attended the incident and crews found the fire to be out on arrival.
They dampened down the vehicles using hose reels.
No-one was injured.
Firefighters remained at the scene for around 25 minutes.
An investigation is now underway.
