A LUXURY apartment scheme based in West Kirby has won a prestigious property award.
Blueoak Estates’ Lingdale development was announced as the winner of the Best New Home: Small Scheme accolade at this year’s North West Property Awards.
The NWPAs is an annual awards ceremony celebrating a year of residential and commercial property success across 11 categories.
Nearly 300 guests attended the glamorous awards ceremony at Lutyens Crypt in Liverpool.
Lingdale is a three-storey development housing four luxury apartments boasts panoramic views of the Dee Estuary and the infamous eighth hole of the Royal Liverpool Golf Course.
The judges were impressed with the apartment’s design, high quality specification and craftsmanship.
The NWPAs judges include director of Falconer Chester Hall Alastair Shepherd, chief executive of Knowsley Chamber Lesley Martin-Wright and Elaine Cunningham owner of Elaine Cunningham Design Studio.
