FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a blaze at a pub kitchen in Bebington.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service were called at around 4.20pm on Wednesday to The Chronicle Pub on Church Road.
The gas supply was isolated and crews ventilated the premises.
Two fire engines attended the incident and crews used CO2 extinguishers to put out the flames on the first floor of the building.
No injuries were reported.
Crews left the scene at around 5.15pm.
