One fire engine attended and crews remained on scene for around 15 minutes.
FIREFIGHTERS rescued a trapped puppy from a house in Birkenhead.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service were called at around 11.25am today (Wednesday) to Sandalwood Drive after receiving reports a puppy was stuck behind a sink.
One crew rescued the puppy by moving the pedestal to make the gap behind the sink bigger.
Thankfully, the puppy was uninjured.
Firefighters remained at the scene for around 15 minutes.
