WIRRAL chef Simon Rimmer will take to the Strictly stage live on television tonight.
The 54-year-old showed off his dancing skills to track 'Footloose' on September 9 along with the rest of this year's hopefuls which include the likes of Alexandra Burke, Debbie McGee and Aston Merrygold.
On the night he was partnered with pro-dancer and creator of The Dancer Experience Karen Clifton.
From 6.25pm tonight on BBC One stars will show off their moves once again after two weeks of rehearsals.
Simon and Karen will perform the Paso Doble to Song 2 by Blur.
Talking before the launch of this year's series Simon said: "I’ve always been a massive fan every year and every guest that comes on our show has just become obsessed with it from Matt Dawson right back to Aled Jones, then through to James Martin etc.
"Everyone that comes on absolutely loves it and I have always been very jealous, and when I got asked if I wanted to take part this year, it was the easiest answer.
"I want to be part of the club."
Something's cooking in the @SimonRim and @karen_hauer training room... could it be a recipe for #Strictly success? 🕺🏼 pic.twitter.com/QELAQIV95z
