WIRRAL is getting ready for a special visit from Prince William next week.
Fresh from the announcement of royal baby number three - the Duke of Cambridge will visit Guinea Gap leisure centre in Wallasey on Thursday, September 14.
He will also join in with an event hosted by British Sub-Aqua Club, English Schools' Swimming Association and Swim England - three of the Duke's patronages.
Kate was set to join William on the visit but has had to pull out due to suffering with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, an severe form of morning sickness.
During his visit to Merseyside Prince William will also open the new Urgent Care and Trauma Centre at Aintree Hospital and visit the Life Rooms which provides a safe and social place for recovery, health and wellbeing.
HRH will then join an event at Guinea Gap Leisure Centre with @BSACdivers, @essa_swimming & @Swim_England - three of The Duke's patronages.
