Wirral Council has teamed up with Merseyside Police to offer a £1000 prize to a lucky school - and need young people across the region to help them find a winner.
Pupils from Park High School, Rock Ferry High School, Wallasey School and Woodchurch High School have produced their own road safety films as part of a competition run by Wirral Road Safety Partnership in conjunction with Radio City.
The films are scripted, directed, filmed and edited by pupils from the four schools and aim to get a road safety message across to other young people.
David Green, the council's director of technical services and Merseyside Police Wirral Area Commander Chief Superintendent Colin Matthews were both highly impressed with the films and the work that the young people had done to publicise them.
"All the films are really good, we couldn't possibly choose the winner," said Mr Green.
Chief Supt Matthews added: "We want to give the opportunity to the Wirral and Merseyside public to have their say, especially the young people who are the focus of this accident reduction campaign - so please vote for the film you think will make most difference."
