PLAYFUL Sky is searching for her forever home while making a pit-stop at Dogs Trust Merseyside.

The six-year-old Husky is very curious and loves to explore.

She would be best living in an adult home with a family who will allow her time to settle and have experience with huskies.

A spokeswoman from Dogs Trust Merseyside said: "Sky is happiest when she is playing off lead chasing her cuddly toys through the air, both also content to watch the comings and goings of the centre from her kennel.

"She gets giddy when she knows it's her turn to go out for walkies and dances around her kennel very excitedly.

"Sky has come from a difficult background and has a shy side at times, but once she gets to know you, she does form a bond quickly and is very happy to be with you.

"Being over-handled makes Sky worry at times, and staff at the centre advise visiting her at the centre a few times at the centre before taking her home, to help build a bond.

"She gets along well with other dogs and loves to have walking buddies, but will need to be the only dog in the home."
