Police are appealing for readers' help to trace an 18-year-old man who is wanted on recall to prison.
William Smith, of Connaught Close, Birkenhead was sentenced to two months in prison on June 16 after being convicted of assault.
He was released on licence on July 16.
Smith is wanted by officers after he failed to comply with his license release conditions and was recalled to prison on August 4.
Extensive efforts have been made by the police to find him but he remains outstanding and officers are requesting the public's help to find him.
Smith is of slim build, around 6ft, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone who has seen him or who knows of his whereabouts should call Merseyside Police on the 101 number.
