One-year-old American bulldog Rosie is searching for an active family who can keep her on her toes.
She is always full of energy and can live with children over the age of 12.
A spokeswoman for Dogs Trust Merseyside said: "Rosie is looking for an active family to be a part of, who can keep her busy as she's full of energy and always on the go with her kennel mate.
"She really is a sweet young thing, full of love for everyone and determined to share it around.
"Rosie loves to play, whether it be with people or other dogs, but she’s really looking to settle in somewhere as she’s been passed around through no fault of her own.

"Rosie has lived with a dog before and really enjoyed the company and interaction.
"She is perfectly clean and can live with children aged over 12 as she can be a lively girl at times.
"She would love to have company most of the day, especially as she’s still so young."
