RAIL services are cancelled between Bidston and Shotton due to a fallen tree blocking the tracks.
Arriva Trains Wales say that all stations between Shotton and Bidston will not be served.
Disruption is expected to last until 6pm tonight (Friday).
A rail replacement bus service is now running to these stations.
Due to road works and diversions in the area this is causing significant delays of up to three times longer than advertised train journey times.
Cancellations to services between Bidston and Upton Due to a tree blocking the railway between Bidston and Upton all lines are blocked.
Arriva Trains Wales is issuing an apology to customers for the extended delays to journeys.
