Witness appeal after cars set on fire in Wallasey
DETECTIVES have launched a witness appeal after two cars were set on fire in Wallasey earlier this morning.
A black Mercedes and grey Toyota where ablaze when police arrived at St Lucia Road at 1.30am, followng calls from nearby residents, who reported hearing loud explosions and bangs as the cars were set alight.
Two fire crews also attended the incident.
No one was injured and no damage was caused to any properties.
Detectives are reviewing a number of CCTV cameras to assist in identifying offenders.
