FIRE crews are in attendance at a farm in Willaston after a blaze at a turkey coop.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue service were called at around 12.24am today to the farm on Mill Lane and found the turkey coop well alight.
There were no animals inside the coop at the time of the fire.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used three main jets to put out the fire.
Two fire engines attended from Ellesmere Port and one from Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service.
Crews were in attendance at the scene until this afternoon and an investigation into the cause of the blaze is underway.
It is believed that the fire was started deliberately.
