Mystery over eye-catching art on wall near Wirral retail park
THIS picture of an eye-catching piece of street art that has appeared on a wall near Rock Ferry retail park was sent in by Globe reader Mark Davies.
It has the look of a Banksy – the world-famous graffiti artist with a distinctive stenciling technique, whose work now sells for six-figure sums.
It can't be, can it?
We don't know who it's by, to be fair.
