ENTRIES are now being taken for the 24th annual Hoylake 10K Coastal charity fun run.
Taking place on Sunday, September 24, the Globe-backed event raises funds for a special needs club in the town.
It starts outside Hoylake Community Centre in Hoyle Road at 11am.
Proceeds go to the Wednesday Special Needs Club's Soft Play Sensory Resource, which is based at the centre.
This special facility is maintained and funded by volunteers and the run is the club's major fundraiser.
Last year, 520 people took part in the run, raising £8,800 for the centre.
First man across the finishing line was Joseph Boden from Wallasey AC in 36 minutes and five seconds.
First woman across the line was Jayne Joy in 42 minutes and 52 seconds.
Entry is £10, with runners receiving a commemorative t-shirt and certificate.
