CONCERN is growing for a Wirral man who has not been seen since August after travelling to Turkey.
Gary Burns, 38, from Birkenhead has been missing since August 12 last year and was last seen in the holiday resort of Icemler.
The Missing People website has a page dedicated to Mr Burns which says: “Gary, we are here for you whenever you are ready; we can listen, talk you through what help you need, pass a message for you and help you to be safe.”
Friends and family of Mr Burns have raised their concerns on social media.
It is believed he was working in a bar in Icemler but could have travelled to Rhodes.
A Foreign and Commonwealth Office spokesman said: “We are supporting the family of a British man who has been reported missing in Turkey.
“We are in contact with the Turkish police.”
