MARGARET ADAMS 21st March 2017 Passed away peacefully on Ward 38, aged 70 years. Very sadly missed by all. Much loved mum, nan, grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral service at Christian Assembly Church, Old Maryland, Moreton on Monday 10th April at 10.30am, followed by burial at Frankby Cemetery. Donations to Ward 38, APH.
