AN investigation is underway after cash and a safe was stolen from a Wirral pub.
The rear doors of the Devon Doorway pub on Telegraph Road, Heswall were forced open by raiders sometime between 11.30pm on Sunday and 9am on Monday.
Damage was also caused to the inside.
Detectives are urging anyone who witnessed the offence to come forward.
