A man was taken to hospital following a chemical incident at a house in Birkenhead.
Emergency services were called to the property on Mather Road at around 9.50pm on Saturday.
Investigations revealed two cleaning products – household bleach and limescale remover – had been mixed together in the bathroom.
The man was given oxygen at the scene before he was taken to Arrowe Park Hospital for checks.
Crews ventilated the bathroom and remained at the house for 25 minutes.
