Brimstage Hall and Courtyard are holding a festive late night Christmas shopping event on Thursday, December 8 for Wirral Hospice St John’s.

Bringing local businesses together “Special Late Night Christmas Shopping” will offer something for all the family with the Sing Me Merseyside Choir entertaining visitors with carols and Father Christmas making an appearance in his grotto.

Children will have the chance to receive a present from Santa while his helpers from Wirral Hospice St John’s help to wrap presents and gifts.

There will also be the chance to win some prizes in the Christmas raffle from Brimstage retailers including Shoebedoo, Cherub Charms, Manor House Interiors and Tea shop and Recollections.

Owner of Shoebedoo, Carolyn Corr said: “The historic Brimstage Hall is a beautiful setting throughout the year but at this time of year, it is especially festive and has a really Christmassy atmosphere.

“We wanted to do something here to make a difference to others this Christmas time so recognising the very special care that Wirral Hospice St John’s gives to its patients and their families, we are supporting them through this evening.

“We hope that families and individuals, young and old alike will come along to have a great time, do their Christmas shopping and support the Hospice.”

Fundraising development manager at Wirral Hospice St John’s, Michelle Talgam said: “We are very much looking forward to this special evening in this lovely location.

“We are very grateful to Sing Me Merseyside and all the businesses at Brimstage Hall and Courtyard for supporting our charity and helping to raise funds for our specialist hospice care.”
