A WOMAN was treated by paramedics following a house fire in Ellesmere Port in the early hours of this morning, Monday.
Two crews, from Chester and Ellesmere Port, attended the incident in Hillside Drive at 2.48am this morning.
When they arrived they found that there had been a fire involving a cooker. This had gone out but the property was filled with smoke.
A woman was suffering from the effects of inhaling the smoke.
She was cared for by the ambulance service while crews used a large fan to clear the smoke.
