A car crashed into two parked vehicles in Moreton in the early hours of this morning.

The impact had caused one of the vehicles to turn on its side.

Emergency services were called to Pasture Avenue at around 1am today.

A 28-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl were treated at the scene by paramedics then taken to Arrowe Park Hospital for further checks.

The car drove into a parked van before crashing into another stationary vehicle.

Fire engines from Upton and Wallasey attended along with the search and rescue team.

Crews made the vehicles safe and remained at the scene for around 40 minutes.
