FIRE crews were dealing with a rather unusual incident this morning which saw a dog’s nose stuck in a cage in Tranmere.
Firefighter were called to Borough Road in Tranmere at around 2.10am today where a three-year-old jack Russell had become stuck.
One fire engine attended the scene after the female dog’s nose became caught in the wire mesh of her cage.
Crews used wire cutters to free her, and she was freed unharmed.
Firefighters remained at the scene for around fifteen minutes.
