Two Wirral men appeared at Wirral magistrates this morning charged with robberies.
23-year-old Leon Taaffe, of Manor Row, Kirkby, is charged with two robberies, three attempted robberies and two offences of threatening a person with a bladed article.
A second man, Connor Kelly, aged 21, of no fixed abode, has been charged with two robberies and two attempted robberies.
Appearing seperately, both men wore tracksuit jackets and spoke only to confirm their names and addresses.
They were remanded in custody where they will next appear at Liverpool Crown Court on July 28.
