AN elderly man and woman were taken to hospital after a car hit a building in Bromborough this afternoon.
Firefighters were called to Croft Business Park at around 3.40pm.
Two fire engines and the search and rescue team attended the incident, which occurred at a unit on Dinsdale Road.
Both the driver, a 71-year-old woman and a 68-year-old male passenger were assessed at the scene by paramedics and taken to Arrowe Park Hospital for further checks.
There was no structural damage to the premises.
Fire crews remained at the scene for around 35 minutes.
Firefighters made the vehicle safe and police arranged for its removal.
