Main marksmen were Jack Bradley (5), Callum Evans (3), Dave Walmsley with a single and an own- goal completed the rout.

Arms FC waved goodbye to AFC Tima (Ashley Armitage) with a 4-1 success that had Peter Rutter (2), John Davies and John Gardner firing the goals and Telegraph won an eight-goal thriller 5-3 against Matrix FC thanks to Kyle Williams (3) and Darren Hellon (2) on target.

A solitary goal from David Lee was enough for Woodchurch United to beat FC Victoria in the Magee Cup second round, but both Clarence FC and Great Float S&S received walkovers due teams failing to attend.

The only game in Division Two saw Lord Nelson open up a six point gap at the top after beating Stanleys Cask 3-2 as Lee Pickles, Paul Williams and Jason Rigby found the net, with Craig Mills and Rob Ellis notching the responses.

Top of the Dundee Youth division are AFC Liverpool following their 3-2 success over Higher Beb JFC (Matty Toner and Mike Almond) thanks to Alex Northover, Callum Morrison and Tyler Dodd scoring.

But in close attendance are Heswall Youth who won 2-0 away at Heswall Juniors.

FC Spartans closed the gap on Poulton Vics Youth when beating them 3-2 as Callum Shimmin, Jackson McKeever and Lewis Willingham found the net and Jordon Dilworth responded for Vics.

Oldershaw Athletic stayed in the running for the title in the Grove Youth Division due to a 3-2 victory over leaders Allport Hawks with a brace of goals from Nithi Nelson and an own-goal.

Liam Keating netted a double in reply for Hawks.

A great game between AC Hoylake and Manor Youth resulted in a 5-3 win for AC who remain second.
