A WOMAN killed following a car crash in Bebington on Wednesday night was 19-years-old, police have confirmed.
Emergency services were called to Thornton Road at around 9.40pm to reports a silver Toyota car was in collision with a tree.
The female passenger was taken to hospital where she later died.

Her name has not yet been released by the authorities. Her next of kin have been informed.
The 21-year-old male driver of the car was taken to hospital to be treated for a shoulder injury.
Thornton Road was closed from its junction with Borough Road to the roundabout at the top of Mount Road.
