Poor visibility due to thick fog is causing some problems on the roads this morning and police are warning drivers to take extra care.
The Met Office has issued yellow 'be aware' warning for fog, which is in force until 12pm today. There is also disruption to flights in and out of Manchester and Liverpool Airports.
Passengers are being advised to check the status of their flight with the airline before travelling to the airport.
