Man taken to hospital after being found with stab wound in Birkenhead
TWO women in their 40s have been arrested on suspicion of assault after a man was found with a stab wound to the leg in Birkenhead.
Police were called to Old Bidston Road at around 2.40pm today, Friday.
The man has been taken to the Royal Liverpool University Hospital. His injury is not life-threatening.
Officers are conducting a full investigation into what has happened.
