PUPILS at a Wirral primary school have been learning about the difficulties faced by children across the globe as part of a week-long project.
Mount Primary School's ' Week for Change' culminated in a celebration afternoon on February 13.
Across the school, parents and children learned about the work done by UNICEF to support children and families living in emergency situations.
The children shared their newfound knowledge with families through classroom activities, as well as displaying there work for all to see in the school's main hall.
The Wallasey school takes part in Unicef's annual Day for Change project each year due to it being one of the organisations Rights Respecting Schools.
This year's focus was on supporting and protecting children who are in emergency situations and saw children learn about the challenges faced by the children who live in various countries as part of the curriculum.
