MARKS & Spencer is the latest business to take a space at a Wirral retail park.

Retailers have signed for a total of 55,000 sq ft of space at Croft Retail and Leisure Park in Bromborough over the last 12 months.

M&S has agreed to take 11,000 sq ft of space in a recently subdivided unit, formerly home to Mothercare.

The baby clothing and accessories retailer will move into a 10,000 sq ft unit which was previously occupied by Brantano.

Soft furnishings retailer Dunelm has also agreed to take a unit at the site on a 15-year lease.

Six food brands are also set to open at the park, including Nandos and Harvester who have both agreed 25-year leases.

Over the last months, three catering pods have also been created at the Bromborough park – owned by Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd -allowing KFC, Subway and Greggs to open.

2014 also saw Costa Coffee move in to a 1,885 sq ft unit.
