POLICE have today issued an appeal for help after a sexual assault in a Wirral country park.
On the afternoon of Thursday, July 17, a woman was walking through Arrowe Park when a man approached her and asked her for the time.
He then indecently assaulted her and fled as she screamed at him.

"It happened in broad daylight in a busy park and we are determined to bring the person responsible to justice.
"The victim has now compiled an e-fit picture of the offender and I would appeal to anyone who recognises him or thinks they may know who it is to get in touch with us."
Inquiries have been carried out in the area and the investigation is continuing.
