POLICE are appealing for the public's help after prescription medication was stolen from a car in Birkenhead today.
It is believed five sachets each containing approximately ten tablets of pain-killer hydrocodone were taken from the car when it was parked on St Laurence Drive, at sometime between 1am and 9am.
A sachet containing approximately ten tablets of lyrica was also taken.
Anyone who finds any of the medication is asked to hand it in to any pharmacy or police station. People can also contact officers via the police non-emergency 101 number.
