A MAN has been taken to hospital for assessment after he was found acting erratically in Liscard this morning.
Roads were closed at around 9.30am as emergency services were called to Rake Lane, where the man had climbed a tree and refused to come down.
Paramedics, police and the fire service attended.
Officers persuaded the 40-year-old to come down at around 10am, and he was taken by ambulance to hospital.
Roads were reopened shortly after.
