Wirral friends take on three peaks challenge for breast cancer charity

A GROUP of friends from Wirral are taking part in the gruelling Three Peaks challenge to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care.

The 'Twinpeakers', from Wallasey will climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon on May 29, aiming to complete the task in 24 hours.

Proceeds will go to Breast Cancer Care and Walton Neuro Centre.

The team -  Lee Wilkinson, Steve Bolton, Kevin Quayle, Kevin Teasdale, Mark Drew and Pat McNamara - got together after a loved ones were affected by illness.
