Bebington man charged following spate of indecent exposures
A WIRRAL man has appeared in court charged with indecent exposure and engaging in a sexual act in the presence of a child.
Merseyside Police confirmed today that Bernard Rafferty, of Laurel Avenue, Bebington, was charged earlier this week following two incidents on Monday, March 17.
The first incident happened in Old Chester Road, Birkenhead and the other in Kings Lane, Bebington.
The 62-year-old appeared before Wirral magistrates on Tuesday, March 19 and was remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on April 2.
