RONNIE Moore is not expecting Liam Ridehalgh to be available for Tranmere Rovers' League One match against Crewe at Prenton Park this weekend.
The left-back had to be substituted at half-time against Peterborough at the weekend after picking up a groin injury.
However, Danny Holmes and Ian Goodison are edging closer to returns.
The Manager told Tranmere Player: "Liam has a groin strain and it's bruised already.
"We've just got to wait and see, Gregg [Blundell, Club Physio] will know more later in the week, but at the present time we’re probably looking at a fortnight.
"Danny has had a stiff back. I think he’ll be OK. Gregg is talking about him training on Thursday and if he does that ok he’ll be in line for selection on Saturday.
"Goody has trained twice last week with us and he’ll probably train on Thursday.
"If he comes through that ok he won’t be a million miles away from either being on the bench or being involved."
