Three arrested after raid on Wirral convenience store
THREE men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary at a Wirral convenience store.
Police were called at about 1.40am to a report of suspicious activity outside the Bargain Booze on Victoria Road in New Brighton.
Following a search of the area three men, aged 23, 30 and 33, were arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary.
They remain in police custody. An investigation into the full circumstances of the incident is ongoing.
