RONNIE Moore has brought in players from Blackburn, MK Dons and Liverpool on emergency loan ahead of Tranmere Rovers League One match against Colchester.

Ryan Edwards comes to Prenton Park on a one-month youth loan from Blackburn Rovers subject to Football League and Football Association clearance.

The 20-year old defender came through the youth system at Ewood Park and signed his first professional contract in May 2012.

He spent time on loan at Rochdale and Fleetwood Town in 2012-13 and three months with Chesterfield earlier this season.

Edwards has been given permission to play in Tranmere’s FA Cup second round tie against Peterborough United.

MK Dons defender Jon Otsemobor has joined Ronnie Moore's squad on a one month emergency loan deal subject to Football League and Football Association clearance.

The 30-year old started his career at Liverpool and has since played for Norwich City, Southampton and Sheffield Wednesday. He has made more than 300 career appearances including 12 this season for MK Dons.
 

Liverpool winger Kristoffer Peterson completes the trio of signings on a one month youth loan deal subject to Football League and Premier League clearance.

The 19-year old joined Liverpool’s Academy from Swedish side, A Savedalens IF in January 2011. 

He has since gone on to play regularly for their Under-18 and Under-21 sides and scored in a friendly against PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday afternoon.

Kristoffer has been given permission to play in Tranmere’s FA Cup second round tie against Peterborough United. His loan deal ends on New Year's Day.

Tomorrow's match at Prenton Park, kick-off 3pm, will be the 55th time Tranmere and Colchester have met in League competitions. 

Rovers holding a 19 wins to 17 advantage.

Last season Jake Cassidy netted a hat-trick in Tranmere's 4-1 win at Prenton Park while five different players were on target as Rovers won 5-1 at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.

Ten of the last 19 games between the two have ended all square while the biggest home win for Tranmere was a 7-2 victory in March 1961.

Players to have represented both clubs include Barry Dyson and Alec Chamberlain.
