Police alert over drugs stolen from car in Wallasey

Merseyside Police are warning readers to be vigilant after prescription drugs were stolen from a vehicle in Wallasey.
The theft occurred on Sanfield Road overnight between Wednesday, October 17 and Thursday, October 18.
The medication consists of: 100mg of levothyroxine, 5mg of warfarin, fenofibrate, cardioplen, omeprazole, venlafaxine, lisinopril, eletrictan and furosemide.
All the drugs were in clearly marked packets in a white carrier bag.
Police warn taking medication not prescribed for you could cause serious harm or even prove fatal.
Anyone finding the medication should call Merseyside Police on 101, or take it to the nearest pharmacy or police station.
