WIRRAL NHS public health team's campervan stopped outside Leasowe Library to give residents tips on how to lead healthier lives.
Visitors got involved in several taster activities including chair aerobics, healthy cookery and Tai Chi, as well as having their blood pressure checked.
The aim was inform local people of changes Wirral Community NHS Trust and the team have made to the way lifestyle services are delivered and to introduce community members to their local team.
Rhodri Morgan, operational team teader, said: "This is an exciting time for the team. Our aim is to support local people tackle a number of lifestyle changes, whether it is smoking and physical activity or losing weight and wellbeing."
